Understand what is holding your progress back
We review health information, previous attempts, eating patterns, routine and stress to understand what may be making weight management difficult.
Your dietitian considers your eating habits, activity, sleep, stress and routine to build a food-first weight management plan. We adjust it as your life changes, supporting realistic progress and long-term maintenance.

We review health information, previous attempts, eating patterns, routine and stress to understand what may be making weight management difficult.

You do not need a standard diet menu. We adapt combinations and portions around your favourite foods, everyday meals and family cooking.

Busy workdays, social meals, stress eating and irregular sleep happen. We adjust the approach to suit what you can actually do.

We review the plan as your weight and circumstances change, helping you build practical habits.
Whether you are getting started or have tried several approaches without lasting results, we begin by understanding your actual eating, routine and previous experiences.
You have a weight-management goal but would like clearer guidance on meals, portions and lifestyle changes.
You have lost weight through dieting, exercise or other approaches, but would like a more sustainable way to manage it.
Work commitments, takeaway and social meals make regular eating hard; you need an approach that works with your schedule.
You dislike exercise, have limited time or cannot do strenuous exercise at present and want to focus on food, with activity advice when appropriate.
We consider food, sleep, routine, stress and activity together, then keep adjusting your nutrition plan as your circumstances change.
Review your health, previous weight-management experiences, eating habits, sleep, stress, activity and everyday constraints.
Agree on appropriate goals and a practical pace that considers your health and real-life schedule.
Plan your everyday meals, portions and eating out; include sleep, stress and activity suggestions when relevant.
We actively follow up on meals on working days and adapt advice to eating out, busy workdays, changing routines and how you feel.
Review potential causes when progress stalls, refine the approach and practise planning meals independently.
Food comes first, with sleep, routine, stress and movement considered as needed. We give practical advice and ongoing support around everyday life.
Review health background, previous attempts and everyday routines to identify your current priorities.
Specific advice on meals and portions, with practical sleep, routine, stress and activity suggestions when relevant.
On working days, your nutrition support team actively checks in about your meals and gives practical feedback on choices and portions, under your APD’s oversight.

Find flexible combinations and portions for takeaway, work lunches, gatherings, travel and family meals.
Review trends, how you feel and the practical fit of the plan; adjust it when circumstances or goals change.
Build confidence with food choices, portions and timing, so the approach is easier to maintain after the support period.
We offer 30-, 60-, 90- and 180-day support periods. Your dietitian will recommend a suitable duration based on your health, starting point, goals and capacity to participate.
Address the most pressing eating, weight and lifestyle concerns, and review early feedback before deciding on next steps.
Allow more time for consistent changes, changing schedules and regular feedback as you work towards a defined goal.
Cover different stages, slower weeks, plateaus and changes in routine while developing greater consistency.
For bigger goals, repeated weight regain or ongoing support, with more time to consolidate useful routines.
Your dietitian will recommend a period after your assessment. Individual progress depends on your health, participation, circumstances and other factors.

Yes. We start with your meals, portions, routine and practical challenges, and you do not need to begin an intense exercise program first. Physical activity is good for health and we will discuss what suits you. If you cannot exercise because of illness, injury or rehabilitation, please also follow your doctor’s or treating team’s advice.
Yes. We look at the takeaway, convenience foods, supermarket items and family meals you already rely on, rather than asking you to cook separate ‘diet’ meals. Photos of a few typical meals are a useful starting point.
No. We work with the foods you know, including rice, noodles and home-style dishes, and adjust portions and combinations to suit your goals and health. Family meals, eating out and social events are part of the plan.
We can review it together. We look at your actual intake over time, weight trends, sleep, activity and history, as well as any diagnosed conditions or medicines. We will not simply tell you to eat less, and if something may need medical investigation we will suggest you speak with your GP.
It depends on your starting point, goals, health background and how much time you can commit. Longer periods allow more time to work through plateaus and consolidate habits. Your dietitian will recommend an option after your assessment.
Please bring recent test results and a list of your medicines to your assessment. If your main focus is blood glucose, cholesterol or another condition, our chronic conditions service may suit you better, and we can help you decide. Your plan will take your doctor’s advice into account.
We look at when it happens, how your meals are spread across the day and what is driving it, then work on practical strategies. If you often feel a loss of control around food, feel significantly distressed, or eating is affecting your health, we will recommend involving your GP or a mental health professional. Nutrition support is not a substitute for that care.
Yes. If you are unable to continue because of your health, work, family or other personal reasons, you can contact us at any time to end your program early. Fees for services already provided as agreed are not refundable. We will calculate and refund the remaining unused service fees based on the agreed package price and our service records, less a cancellation processing fee of no more than 15% of the unused amount. The initial nutrition assessment is always free, whether or not you continue with the service or request a refund.
If we cannot provide the agreed services or our services do not meet the consumer guarantees under the Australian Consumer Law, we will provide a remedy, refund or other statutory remedy as required by law, and the cancellation processing fee will not apply. Your statutory consumer rights, including applicable cooling-off rights, are not limited.
To pause, please let us know at least 24 hours in advance in normal circumstances; sudden illness, hospitalisation and other emergencies are handled flexibly. Once your pause is confirmed, the paused period does not count towards your used service working days and your remaining service working days are carried forward. See our refund and suspension policy.
