Our related nutrition services began in China in 2014. An Australian APD leads nutrition plans, with a China-based nutrition support team member following up on meals on weekdays. Only individual consultations provided personally by an APD who is a recognised provider with your fund may be eligible for Extras benefits, depending on your policy. Weekday meal follow-up is not claimable, and your insurer decides what you can claim. The relevant technology is covered by licensed Chinese invention patent ZL202310647085.1, not an Australian patent or certification of outcomes.

APD is the national credential for dietitians in Australia, administered by Dietitians Australia. APDs hold a recognised dietetics qualification and commit to ongoing professional development and a code of conduct. Dietitians are not registered with Ahpra, so the APD credential is the main way to recognise a qualified dietitian.

During weekday service hours, we reply within 1 hour.
